Albany Infant and Nursery School is committed to ensuring that data we hold about members of our school community remains private and is dealt with sensitively. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect in 2018 and our school fully complies with information legislation. As part of this, we have a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), Miss Genevieve Frost, whose role it is to ensure that we remain GDPR compliant.
